Maxxima is an established recruitment agency operating under two successful brand names; Labmed Recruitment and Swim Recruitment. Maxxima operates predominantly within the Healthcare and Social Services sectors.

As well as offering traditional recruitment solutions to their clients, Maxxima provides Master Vendor recruitment services to the NHS via the Maxxima collaborative.

The collaborative is comprised of Labmed Recruitment supplying all AHP and HSS professions and Piers Meadows Recruitment specialising in Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. The partnership was created in December 2006 in order to provide the NHS with a robust Vendor Managed Solution able to provide large scale cost savings whilst still retaining the expert knowledge and attention to detail associated with more specialist agencies in the market.

Maxxima currently has 4 offices in London, Leicester, Bristol and Brentwood. In 2006, Maxxima appeared in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as the 6^th Fastest Growing Company in the UK and continued that successful trend by appearing in the Fast Track listing in 2007. Maxxima have also featured in Real Business Magazine's Hot 100.
