Graduate Recruitment Consultants, London, Leicester and Bristol Offices

Who will I be working for?

Maxxima is an established Recruitment agency that operates predominantly within the Healthcare and Social Services sectors. Founded in 2001, Maxxima operates under two successful brand names: Labmed Recruitment and Swim Recruitment. In the past eight years Maxxima has featured on three occasions in the Sunday Times Fast Track and Profit Track listings of the top 100 companies in the UK based on growth and profitability.

Their head office is based in Shoreditch, London with regional offices in Bristol and Leicester.

What will I be doing?

  • You will be personally managed by the compliance manager, and be responsible for the compliance of one of our recruitment divisions. This has proven to be an excellent way to gain experience speaking to candidates and clients and gain a deep understanding of the recruitment processes.
  • You will be liaising with Maxxima's recruitment desks allowing you to learn about the sales process of the company.
  • After completing your training you will be promoted from the compliance desk to a recruitment desk. The speed at which you move from compliance to sales is dictated by your promise and performance in the compliance role, thus making it a meritocracy.
  • Once you have been assigned as a recruiter you will be set targets to increase your salary and given a market leading commission structure that rewards the highest achieving consultants with a tiered commission structure paying out up to 20% of the revenue you generate.

What do I need?

Both Labmed and Swim are seeking graduates with a minimum of a 2:1 degree to join their company to expand and continue the success of our recruitment divisions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a genuine drive for success.
  • Be confident working in a team environment with high professional standards.
  • Be able to build relationships with both clients and candidates both by phone and face to face meetings.
  • Be an articulate, ambitious confident person.

Additional information

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn significant bonuses related to a guaranteed percentage of the profits of their divisions.
Graduates in the London office will start on a salary of 18,000 with targets in place to increase their salary to 42,500 in addition to a market leading commission structure.

We hold numerous preferred contractual agreements and through our excellent relationships with our clients, the majority of our business is conducted via soft sales to clients readily requiring temporary contractors.

Resourcer/Administrator, London

We are looking for an enthusiastic Resourcer to join our successful, friendly team based in our Swim London office, near Liverpool Street. You will be working within a busy office helping to collate our recruitment documentation. This will include tasks such as requesting references, facilitating database records and editing CVs. You will need strong interpersonal skills as the role will include lots of candidate and client contact; liaising with people over the phone as well as meeting with applicants to help them to register.

Experience within a similar role is not essential, as we will provide full support and training; however you must bring an energetic and pro-active approach to this role. This will be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with room for progression.
